Smart Contract Terms
Last Updated: 10/5/2025
1. Nature of Smart Contracts
You acknowledge that smart contracts are experimental, autonomous computer programs that run on the blockchain. Once deployed, their execution is final, irreversible, and cannot be altered by anyone, including the creator. You are interacting with this technology at your own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk
- By interacting with any smart contract associated with the $BULL project (including the token contract, staking contracts, or game contracts), you are voluntarily and unconditionally assuming all risks associated with them.
- These risks include, but are not limited to: undiscovered vulnerabilities, exploits, bugs, re-entrancy attacks, oracle failures, and network failures, any of which could lead to a partial or complete loss of your funds.
- The core $BULL token contract has been renounced, meaning the creator has no special administrative privileges or control over its core functions. This also means bugs discovered after renouncement cannot be fixed.
3. No Liability for Losses
The creator of $BULL, and any affiliated parties, are not liable for any financial or other losses incurred due to your interaction with any smart contract. We have made efforts to ensure the security of our contracts, but we cannot and do not guarantee they are free from vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and security audits before interacting with any smart contract.
4. User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. Never share them with anyone.
- You are responsible for understanding the functions of the smart contracts you interact with. Ensure you are interacting with the correct, official contract addresses posted on our Site.
- You are responsible for any errors you make, such as sending tokens to the wrong contract address or approving malicious transaction requests.
